What does the program look like?

Interactive workshops

Through practical and participatory workshops, participants develop knowledge and skills important for active participation in social processes. The workshops encourage the exchange of experiences, critical thinking and shared learning.

Study visits

Study visits allow participants to become familiar with the work of institutions and organizations relevant to public and social life. In this way, they gain direct insight into decision-making processes and the functioning of the system.

Debate and simulation exercises

Through debates and simulations, participants develop argumentation, public speaking, and the ability to engage in constructive dialogue. These activities encourage understanding of different perspectives and informed decision-making.

Mentoring work

Mentoring provides participants with individual support in developing ideas and personal goals. With mentoring, they develop self-confidence, leadership, and concrete plans for social engagement.

Final presentation of initiatives

At the end of the program, participants present their initiatives and ideas that they developed during the Academy. The presentations are an opportunity to demonstrate the knowledge they have gained and contribute to positive changes in the community.
